  • Guests of Pine Ridge Paradise receive exclusive pricing for Shuttle Services offered by High Country Trip Advisors and Shuttle Services LLC. Access details will be provided to guests before arrival.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person reserving must be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. No events allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children are allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with one-week advance notice. The cost is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. No refund for unused firewood. Payment through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes and may be necessary for all homes on Beech Mountain. The driveway is short, uphill, and gravel, forming a small loop. Travelers visiting during winter months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Free parking is provided.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • A dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, toaster, oven, stove, climate control, and high-speed internet are provided.
  • Hot tub is available.
  • Patio is available.
  • BBQ grill is not listed as available.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
  • The owners use outdoor surveillance cameras for security. No cameras monitor the interior of the home.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
